Using a Referral Code

Decibel is open to everyone and a referral code is optional — nobody needs one to start trading. A new user can apply one when they first connect their wallet, through the Have a referral code? prompt, or by arriving on a referral link. Each account can apply one code, and only before it becomes active: an account that has already deposited or traded can no longer bind a code. Once bound, the link between referrer and referred trader is permanent.

Referral Bonus

You receive 10% of the Amps earned by the traders you refer, updated daily and visible on the Points dashboard. Referral Amps scale with the sustained engagement and measurable bona fide trading activity of the traders you onboard, not with the number of sign-ups.
Referral Amps are drawn from a dedicated daily emission pool and do not reduce the Amps earned by the traders you refer. Both parties benefit from the relationship.

Referrer or Affiliate

The rates above are for standard referrers. Approved affiliates earn more, get a second level of earnings, and can elect to be paid in USD commission instead of Amps.
